Harborhaven

Harborhaven is a management sim that stays warm instead of stressful. You run a small seaside town, scheduling ferries, stocking the market, and slowly expanding the docks as more residents arrive. Everything ticks along at a pace you can actually keep up with.

The loop is classic sim comfort food: set things up, watch them run, tweak, expand. Where it stands out is the little chains of dependency — the fishery feeds the market, the market draws tourists, the tourists fund the next pier. Seeing that whole system hum along is genuinely satisfying.

There's no timer breathing down your neck and no punishing failure spiral. It's a game you leave open on a second thought and keep dipping back into. Great for winding down.
